Legacy Card Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Membership is open to customers who meet Head Gear’s purchase criteria, such as purchasing a Limited Edition Cap.
Membership is non-transferable and limited to one card per individual.
Customers with multiple cards may transfer ownership of extra cards to others.

Benefits are valid only for eligible purchases made through official Head Gear platforms (e.g., website, authorized social media channels).
Certain products, collections, or promotions may be excluded from discounts or benefits.
Example: 50% Flat Discounts, Free Delivery, Buy One Get One etc.

The Legacy Card will have lifetime validity for inaugural members.
Cards issued after the inaugural phase may have varying validity terms, as specified by Head Gear.

The Legacy Card and its benefits are for personal use only.
Misuse of the card, such as sharing benefits with others without proper transfer of ownership, will result in immediate termination of membership.

Lost or damaged cards can be replaced upon request by contacting Customer Support.
A replacement fee may apply and will be determined at the time of the request.

Head Gear reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Legacy Card program, its terms, or its benefits at any time without prior notice.
Members will be notified of major changes via official communication channels (e.g., social media, email, or website).

Member data will be handled in accordance with Head Gear’s Privacy Policy, which ensures the confidentiality and protection of personal information.

Head Gear reserves the right to revoke membership for any violation of these terms, misuse of benefits, or fraudulent activity.
Termination of membership will result in the loss of all associated benefits.

The Legacy Card is not a payment card and cannot be used as a method of payment.
Offers and benefits cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Head Gear Loyalty Program is not eligible. Head Gear Loyalty Program is eligible only for regular orders.

For every three caps ordered, you will receive one box.
Example: If you order three caps, they will be packed in 1 box.
For orders of one or 2 caps, you will receive one box.
Example: If you order one cap, it will be packed in 1 box. Similarly, if you order two caps, they will also be packed in 1 box.
For four caps, you will receive two boxes.
Example: If you order four caps, they will be packed into two boxes to ensure proper packaging and avoid overcrowding.
An extra charge will apply if you require additional boxes beyond the standard allocation (e.g., for special packaging needs or gifts).
Example: If you need an extra box for four caps (a total of three boxes), you will be charged for the additional box.
