Return and Refund Policy

We allow our customers to exchange or return a product abiding by conditions set for the purpose. Now, we accept exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Exchange & Return:

  • Purchased Products exchanged only once.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  • The product must be intact with tags.
  • An exchange or return request must be made within 7 days of the purchase for items bought prior to the policy update.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition (including all receipts/invoices and packaging) with barcode tags attached.
  • The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase. If you choose a product with a lower price, no refund will be issued for the difference.

What if I lose the money receipt/tags/barcode?

  • We will consider it if you lose the money receipt or invoice for exchanges. In that case, you will need to provide the purchase contact number so we can verify your purchase history.
  • The exchange offer will no longer be valid for any irreparable damage or bending of the tags or barcode.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Exchange and refunds are not applicable for items offered at 50% or higher discount and products on flash sales.

Initiating a Return:

  • To start a return, you can contact us via email at support@headgearbd.com or call us at 09613-825800.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send our delivery partner to collect your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Verification for Damages or Missing Items:

  • To report a damage or missing product, please share an unboxing video for verification.

Refunds:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product; however, you will be responsible for the shipping charges as per our delivery partner's shipping policy.
  • Please return the product after consulting with Customer Support, and we will arrange a full refund within 15 days after receiving the returned product(s), fulfilling our Return and Refund Policy. If there is any problem from our side, we will offer free returns, exchanges, or refunds; otherwise, the customer has to bear the expense of the return shipping.
  • Depending on the shipping method and carrier selection, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with the reference number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue store credit for your returns.

Regarding Different Purchasing Methods:

  • Any purchase from any outlet can be returned or exchanged at any of our outlets within 7 days after the product is purchased. For outlet-purchased returns, the refund will be instant at the outlet.
  • Any purchase from online or our website can be exchanged or returned either through the delivery company or at any of our outlets. For online-purchased returns, refunds will be processed only through online within 15 days.
  • No partial cash refund is applicable in any cases.

Exchange & Return Charges (Applicable for Change of Mind):

  • Exchange Charge: Inside Dhaka 150 BDT, Outside Dhaka 200 BDT
  • Return Charge: Inside Dhaka 70 BDT, Outside Dhaka 100 BDT
